Hello, my name is Andrea High. I am a mom of 4, a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the owner of Reach Higher , a personal coaching service focused on mental health management.

My method for helping you manage the challenges of life, both big and small, are summarized in The Empowerment Pattern.

As a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I have been using The Empowerment Pattern over the past decade helping my kids, my clients and even myself achieve many goals from personal development to working through the harder times in life. I am thrilled to be sharing it with you now!
